Alex Mesker
Alex founded Plate Media as an all-around web design and development business in 2003, after graduating from university. Since 2017, Plate Media has focused on open access academic journal services in response to growing demand.
Alex has a PhD in Music from Macquarie University, Sydney (2018), where he also teaches in media and interactive design. When not cutting code he can be found cutting grass or, occasionally, working on his own research.
